Mansion 7 is a premier Cantonese cuisine restaurant located in the vibrant heart of Singapore. With a vision to blend authentic, time-honored flavors with a sophisticated, modern dining experience, the restaurant stands as a unique culinary destination. Inspired by traditional Cantonese culture and infused with contemporary elegance, Mansion 7 specializes in three core pillars: exquisite Dim Sum, premium Barbeque, and masterful Wok dishes. Beyond daily dining, the venue offers an elegant setting for private functions, including corporate events, weddings, and cultural celebrations, while a dedicated membership program provides loyal patrons with exclusive rewards and value.Challenges We Faced
In Singapore's highly competitive F&B landscape, launching a new fine-dining restaurant requires more than just excellent food. The primary challenge was to establish a brand identity for Mansion 7 that could cut through the noise and attract a discerning clientele. The brand needed to communicate both the authenticity of its Cantonese roots and the modernity of its dining experience, positioning itself as a premium yet approachable destination. It had to avoid being perceived as either just another traditional Chinese restaurant or a fleeting modern fad.

Our Approach:
Our strategy was to build a brand from the ground up that was as refined and memorable as the cuisine itself. We developed a comprehensive brand identity that balanced tradition with contemporary sophistication.
Logo & Visual Identity
The concept for the M7 logo was to capture the essence of Cantonese culinary artistry. We developed a custom, elegant font for the "MANSION 7" wordmark, inspired by the Snippet font family to give it a unique and ownable character. This was paired with the classic Thabit font for "Cantonese Cuisine" and the clean, accessible Noto Sans for the Chinese characters “七號公館“, creating a harmonious and balanced lockup.
Brand Narrative
We crafted a compelling brand story that highlighted the fusion of heritage and innovation, focusing on the chef's expertise and the quality of ingredients. This narrative became the foundation for all marketing communications, ensuring a consistent and engaging message.

Cohesive Brand Assets
We extended this new identity across all customer touchpoints, designing a full suite of print collaterals including business cards, menus, and posters that reinforced the restaurant's premium positioning.

Challenges We Faced
Mansion 7’s digital presence needed to be a seamless extension of its physical dining experience. Without a professional and functional website, the restaurant risked losing potential customers who research and book online. The challenge was to design and develop a digital platform that not only reflected the brand's new high-end identity but was also intuitive, fast, and visually immersive.
Our Approach:
We undertook a complete, from-scratch design and development of the Mansion 7 website and its associated digital assets.
Visual Design & Branding
• Immersive Color Palette: We established a visual identity using a sophisticated color palette of deep maroon, opulent gold, and a modern dark background. This combination was chosen to evoke traditional Chinese aesthetics (maroon for luck and celebration) while conveying a sense of contemporary luxury and elegance (gold and dark tones).
• Elegant Typography: The font selection was deliberate to balance readability and brand character, ensuring a premium feel across all headings and body text.
• High-Impact Imagery: The design is centered around high-resolution, atmospheric photography of the cuisine and restaurant interior, creating a visually rich experience that immediately communicates quality and entices the user. This adheres to the Aesthetic-Usability Effect, where users perceive beautiful interfaces as more usable.
User Experience (UX) Design
• Simplified Navigation: The website architecture was designed to be clean and intuitive. We applied Hick's Law by limiting the number of primary navigation choices (Menu, Events, Learn, etc.), making it easier for users to find what they need without feeling overwhelmed.
• Familiar Interface Patterns: For key actions like booking a table or viewing the menu, we followed Jakob's Law, using conventional design patterns that users are already familiar with. This reduces the learning curve and makes the site feel immediately intuitive.
• Mobile-First Responsiveness: Recognising that most users browse on mobile devices, the site was designed with a mobile-first approach, ensuring a seamless and fully functional experience on any screen size.
• Enhanced Menu Usability: To solve the common issue of clunky PDF menus on websites, we implemented a seamless, in-page PDF viewer tool. This allows guests to browse the extensive menus effortlessly without leaving the site or dealing with cumbersome downloads.
Website Development & Integrations
• Clean & Optimized Code: The website was built from the ground up with the main aim being clean and lightweight. We implemented rigorous asset optimization techniques, compressing images and minifying code to guarantee fast loading times and a smooth browsing experience.
• Strategic Content Platform: We developed an integrated blog to build a community and drive organic growth. The platform allows Mansion 7 to share compelling stories about its cuisine and events, engaging readers while providing a steady stream of keyword-rich content that boosts the site's authority and ranking on search engines.
• Third-Party Integrations: To streamline operations and enhance customer service, we seamlessly integrated key F&B platforms. This included the customer loyalty and membership program, and Delivery partners to power the online ordering and reservation system, creating a unified digital ecosystem.
Challenges We Faced
As a new player in a saturated market, Mansion 7 faced the significant challenge of building awareness and driving consistent foot traffic. The restaurant needed a targeted digital marketing strategy to reach its ideal audience: food enthusiasts, corporate clients, and families looking for a premium dining experience, and convert them into paying customers.

Technical SEO & Performance Optimization
A flawless technical foundation was our priority. We conducted comprehensive tests to audit performance, accessibility, and SEO, implementing extensive optimizations based on the results. This focus on improving site speed and Core Web Vitals was a critical first step in our organic growth strategy.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
We executed a deep-dive SEO strategy focused on driving high-quality organic traffic. This involved extensive keyword research and making significant on-page SEO changes to target terms like "Cantonese restaurant Singapore," "best dim sum Tanjong Pagar," and "private dining events," helping Mansion 7 rank prominently in search results.
Paid Advertising (SEM & Social Ads)
To generate immediate results, we launched targeted Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns aimed at users based on their location, interests (e.g., fine dining, Catonese cuisine), and online behavior.
Social Media Management
We managed Mansion 7's social media platforms, leveraging high-quality visual assets to showcase the restaurant's photogenic dishes, cultivate an engaged online community, and attract local food bloggers.
Email Marketing
By promoting the exclusive membership program, we helped build a valuable customer database. We then utilized email marketing to nurture these relationships with newsletters, special offers, and invitations to exclusive events to encourage repeat business.
Social Media Assets
